REEMO® is our trademark for the patented UV replication processes we have developed and industrialized. These REEMO® processes provide a huge advantage to our semiconductor partners:
- Parallel processing enables the fabrication 1000's of elements per wafer in a high-throughput, high-fidelity and low-cost process
- Reflowable optics enable the direct integration of our optics in standard SMT assembly processes
- Our wafer-scale format and high yields enable the assembly of our optics with semi-conductor wafers directly on wafer scale
- The scalability of our processes allow us to ramp production quickly for high volume applications such as mobile handsets
